For breakfast my wife cooks hash browns, sausage, eggs, cheese, whatever else you might like In an omelet, then mixes it all up and put it in a metal tin then in the fridge.
Same idea for diner: basically makes shepherds pie at home then puts it in a metal Tin. At camp when we are ready, throw the metal tin in the oven to heat it up and enjoy. I've Never seen anyone else do this and everyone we have camped with just loves it. Most work is done while at home. Keeps the "cook work" at a minimum while at camp, but we still enjoy good quality food.
