Seems like it cooks a lot like the Holland grill and the camping version, the Companion. We always take or Companion with us. I think you will find it very versatile.
It is not the best grill to sear your meat, but it cooks it very juicy and delicious. I do biscuits, and pies and eggs, etc. in mine. Roasted chicken looks like a picture and tastes super moist. Pizzas are no problem, nor is a pan of lasagna, or other baked pasta. Pre made casseroles taste even better at the campsite.
We always do our Thanksgiving turkey in the large one at home.
