I got these really cool Popsicles molds made from silicone forms. Love them- way better than the old rigid plastic forms.
Anyway, when our bananas start to get over ripe, I put them in the blender with a plain yogurt, a stevia or honey to taste, some times a tbsp of natural peanut butter, and blend.
Then I melt 6 dark choc chips inside each silicone mold (2 min power level 2 in microwave) and squish the mold around. This will make a chocolate shell over the Popsicle.
Then put the molds on their stand and pour the banana mixture in and freeze.
Sometimes I add chopped walnuts to the choc after I Melt and squish it around.
I believe these are 1 Weight Watchers point each.
