It's not hard to make. This is what I use for rye bread,
3/4 c water
3 Tbsp white vinegar
1 Tbsp
kosher salt You could adjust this.
a garlic clove
a sprinkle of dried dill weed or a teaspoon of pickle spice (better if you have it)
I heat it in the micro to get the oils from the dill. Some recipes have sugar in them and maybe it could replace the salt?
