Do you make your own marinade or is it available in a bottle/jar?
Haven't made it with boneless ribs which is a BRILLIANT idea. I generally use pork shoulder AKA Boston butt which is easiest to find on my end.
Never thought to crock pot the meat and then grill. Probably as I can only grill outdoors during the summer :(.
Do you slow cook the meat in the marinade and does that replace an overnight marinating in the fridge?
I simulate indoor grilling by cutting the shoulder into 1" strips then place the meat on a rack over a half sheet or roasting pan. Roast in a 450 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Let the meat cool, thin slice it and into the FoodSaver it goes, ready for whatever and whenever.
