If they're coming here, I clean bathrooms and lightly clean the rest of the house. As a rule, I keep it clean so it's not too bad. THEN, when they all go home, I deep clean, because it needs it. My Mom taught me to get serious about cleaning afterwards, not before. It's how I roll. LOL !
