Prep day

Okay, I've been baking, cooking an cleaning for the last 6 hours and I'm officially already tired. But, nobody but myself to blame for making it so involved. Maybe I'll catch my second wind here shortly so I can make tomorrow only half this exhausting. ;) Oh, wait, the turkey is going to make me tired even without the work. :S

    Thankfully, my sister ponied up this year for a change and SHE is cooking dinner. Which also means that she has to clean her house instead of me - for the first time in years.

    I made brownies this morning. I have a triple batch of Stollen on it's second rise, and I'm getting ready to make a Red Velvet Cake to take along tomorrow. So, even those of us not hosting dinner are doing some prep today. But luckily, I don't have to clean house too!
