Thanks to all for their ideas so far. Pumpkin chili sounds intriguing, that's one ingredient I wouldn't have thought to put in chili! We enjoy pancakes, so will have to give that a try as well. And maybe some of those fresh pumpkin ideas too. It all sounds good, especially this time of year!
