Quail cooking suggestions?
Have lots of farm raised quail and looking for different ways to cook them. Would love to find a crock pot recipe.

Cut them up or leave them whole
Dust with flour and brown
Put the quail in the crockpot, surround it with carrots, onions, yams
Lay strips of bacon across the top of everything
Cook on med-low for 6 hours
