Quail cooking suggestions?
Have lots of farm raised quail and looking for different ways to cook them. Would love to find a crock pot recipe.

I couldn't top old biscuits recipe but I like to pan fry mine after flouring with some seasoning added. Then make a milk gravy and use is for SOS. It has been a long time since I ate Quail. Nothing quite as fun as having a dog bring a beautiful meal back to you.
