Quick Super Sweet

Dessert(or Fruit)Ravioli

Ingredients:
Pie crust (homemade or store bought)
1 can Comstock or Wilderness fruit filling (we used Lite Cherry)
1 cup mascarpone cheese
Shredded coconut for topping

1. Cut pie crust into 2 ½ inch squares.
2. Add a teaspoon of cheese and Comstock fruit filling to the center of a pie crust square
3. Cover square with a second piece
4. Use a fork to seal the edges
5. Bake “ravioli” for about 15 minutes or until crust becomes golden brown.
6. Plate and top with the rest of your fruit filling and sprinkle with coconut shreds for the appearance of pasta sauce and shredded cheese.

  • I've eyed this one for awhile. My thoughts were to use it on the grill.
I'm curious also how they work out with camp heat sources.

  • PGR_Skye, I think the recipe is great and I plan to make it. I just wanted to
be clear on the name. Thanks for posting it.
  • Geez, leave out an "s" and you get a comment on your spelling, not the recipe. I type too fast.
  • Crust is my favorite part of pie so this might be right up my alley.
