I also use my self cleaning oven, scrub off what remains with steel wool. Season with coconut oil 3 x and then cook bacon in it and let the grease sit in it. Wipe clean. Never use soap after that. Use coarse salt if something sticks. I coat with coconut oil every time I use my pans. Then make some good skillet cornbread!
