Roaster Ovens
Does anyone use one of these: http://www.rivalproducts.com/cooking/roasters ? Do they actually roast, as in, crisp up and brown potatoes, etc.? I think it would be handing for a Thanksgiving campou...

My experience with them is that any moisture in the roaster and the lid on and you get a steaming effect like alum. foil on a turkey or roast in the oven.
Double ditto. For big family gatherings, wife has two: one for making vast quantities of stuffing and the other for casseroles. The fact they hold moisture in makes them perfect for those items. Moist stuffing and casseroles are our preferences.
