RV appliances...
So, I was wondering about things like mini blenders, mixers, toasters, etc.? My RV is less than 30 foot so economy of size and watts is important to me. What are people using?

I do have a bit more space than you, so besides a toaster and coffee maker, take my bread machine and crockpot. We spend the summer in the motor home, so they are used frequent enough to warrant bringing them along.
