Doesn't brown as nicely and you have to wait until the pan is completely cooled to release the cupcakes/muffins. Needs a half or cookie sheet underneath in order to get muffin tin into the oven w/o spilling.
I found cleaning was easy using KrudKutter but that cleaning product is expensive and I prefer to use it for other surfaces.
