Silicone baking pans
Seems they'd be light and flexible - easy to store. Anyone use them? What are your results?

Gee - now I don't know... Guess I'll try one and see how it works. I'm mainly thinking about casseroles rather than muffins or cupcakes. Not wanting to bring Corning Ware dishes and my stainless pans can take lots of soaking to get them clean.
