Silicone baking pans
Seems they'd be light and flexible - easy to store. Anyone use them? What are your results?

For a casserole size you will need a cookie sheet under it for support. You'll end up with just as much room taken up as you would a glass baking dish or corning ware. Throw away foil makes clean up easy.
