Silicone baking pans
Seems they'd be light and flexible - easy to store. Anyone use them? What are your results?

I have a loaf pan. Thought it would be okay, but the sides buckle. I also have mini muffin pans. Everything sticks and the silicone has to be soaked to remove the stuck food. Went back to metal non-stick or glass pans. For many casseroles, I use my slow cooker and it works well.
