These sound great--I love a bit of sweet taste to the dressing. Now I am remembering how much I love carrot raisin salad (Morrison's Cafeteria used to make the best). I found this old recipe I used to make and the dressing is almost identical to most of the ones here.
Carrot Raisin Salad 3 carrots, shredded-1C raisins 1/2 C mayo- 1 T vinegar- 1 T sugar
