Smoked some chickens this weekend....
Only my third time smoking anything, and my first time using my new Masterbuilt propane smoker . I brined them for 24 hrs, then rinsed them off and let the skin dry up some in the fridge for 6 h...

I bought a similar propane smoker a couple years ago and I love it. I wasn't sure about propane at first but it is so much easier to control the temp. Also easier to control smoke.
My favorite is tasso, a cajun specialty. Smoked Boston butt with cajun seasoning.
