Everyone loves buttered popcorn, and there are an array of seasonings from "dill pickle salt" to spicy, peppery to cheesy. (I am a Jiffy Pop devotee for more than 30 years and would not recommend popping it on a fire though.) Kettle corn flavor for those who like sweets. Buy the large-size brown paper lunch bags, fill a bag for each person and set out the tray of toppings. Parmesan cheese is one that some people like. (I bought a Whirly Pop popcorn pan with built-in stirrer and honestly in the time it takes to pop a Jiffy Pop or bag of micro corn, I can make a huge amount of healtheir fresh-popped corn using the healthy oil of my choice; the company has a website and you can buy online or find a store. Very cost-effective investment and doesn't take up much room.)
Cocktail hot dogs on pretzel-stick skewers? Or, if you can bake in an oven, those frozen big soft pretzels with a couple bowls of mustard for dipping?
Half-ears of corn on the cob. It doesn't have to be piping hot to be tasty.
Chex Mix. Can be sweet & savory if you're looking for sweets. Homemade -- many recipes on the web.
Frozen mini-candy bars and Reese's cups are good when it's really hot out.
Veggies and dip? Sometimes it's nice to have something besides processed starches. Apples and caramel? Small baked potatoes / potato skins and a small array of toppings?
