If you want to 'look' like a trendy foodie.
Here is what I bring to campfire get togethers and it makes a hit every time because it's so different than the same o same BBQ pass a dish.
Bonus is it's cheap and easy to make in an RV too. Not to mention the presentation makes you look like you know what you are doing!:C
Go to a store like Publix if you have one in your area.
1. Round loaf of fresh baked artisan bread sourdough or multi grain from the store bakery.
2. Tub of fresh 'cheese,spinach,artichoke' dip from the store deli.
3. Bag of Tostito's 'Scoop' chips
Pull out the middle of the bread the size of the tub break in chunks.
Insert tub of dip into the hole you made in the bread.
Put bread on plate and place chunks of bread, and Tostito's scoop chips around the loaf.
Hint: Buy 2 tubs of dip to replace the empty one when the gang devours it all up in just minutes, it's that good!
