Sarah's Chowder Stuff
1 pack smoked sausage, sliced into chunks and browned
1/2 an onion diced
3 potatoes, cut into small cubes
2 carrots cut in small pieces
1 stalk celery cut super small
1/2 lb velveeta cheese
3 cups of milk
water,
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Brown smoked sausage, add onion, celery, and carrots. Sweat down a bit until soft.
Add 3 cups of milk and 1 cups of water.
Add potatoes.
Simmer until potatoes are tender.
Add cheese and melt.
It may seem like some odd parings, but it works.
