I boil eggs to have to eat in a rush, mix in tuna salad, make egg salad, top salad.
I start saving leftovers, early in the spring. I use 8x8 foil pans that I line with parchment then add the food. I find these stack nicely in the freezer for storage, but have the added convenience of either baking in the foil pan, if I have time, or lifting out the meal in the parchment and microwaving it. The foil containers are wrapped in foil and then stored in gallon plastic freezer bags. The foil is available to be used again, for things like hobo meals. You can always find a use for the plastic bags along the way.
