DW is going to do a pork tenderloin. We'll cook it and everything else this weekend; in camp it will be a matter of warming things up. (Last year it was beef tenderloin. Either one can feed the two of us for several days.) We'll add a favorite asparagus and artichoke dish, dressing (NOT STUFFING -- there was long thread on that subject a day or two ago), and a nice cabernet sauv. For lunch there is soup, an oyster dish, my wife's special cranberry sauce, and a white wine.
