Aw, Penman, that is so sweet. Our homebase is Santa Fe, so we live not too far from you. We are actually looking forward to Thanksgiving here at Elephant Butte. I'm just looking for different ideas on the feast. It will probably depend on whats available in the store - our freezer is full of tamales, enchiladas, manicotti, chicken and steaks.
