Sunday Smoke - Pastrami

Giving this a try, first attempt at smoking a corned beef brisket.



Updates to follow.
  • I have smoked a couple. The flat I did was very good, but I also have done a point and while the flavor was good smoking didn't remove much fat and because they are very fat, it suffered.
  • We have a Shenson Corned Beef in the frig. Usually crock pot them. I'm sure it will be good smoked, going by your previous postings......Do you think it would grill, or too tough?
