Survey - How do you like your marshmallow

My technique is constant spinning for an even, golden tan until it is just about to fall off the stick. Have you seen the new rectangle shaped ones that are designed for smores?

But to answer your question in regards to marshmallow in its entirity, I'd vote for marshmallow sauce over a Sundae or in a milkshake.

Evenly brown or slightly blackened. Catch it on fire but blow it out quick! Burnt to a crisp? Sacrilege!
