T-fal on gas?
I've never tried it before, never owned the stuff I've always cooked with gas and the best of the best pots. The GF asked if it can be done, so here I am asking.:@

Properly seasoned cast iron is the original non-stick cookware, can't be beat for the purpose, and can be used over any heat source.
Buy some for Christmas, and and rest easy!
