One more year (3 now!) where I won't be cooking. At home but since cooking means a smoked-over-wood-chips turkey and the current apartment is a non-fire place, Thanksgiving will be at a nice restaurant.
Maybe next year the smoker will get used....like it was for 10 years preceding the last 3.
