We are going to Branson, MO for Thanksgiving week. On turkey day, the campground does a potluck. They do the turkey, dressing and potatoes and campers bring dishes. I'm bringing 25-30 pounds of fresh S. Louisiana shrimp and will make a shrimp jambalaya, seafood gumbo, and probably a batch of fried shrimp. Should be a hit. We went to Chattanooga Tennessee last year and did kind of the same thing but it was just the campers right around me participating.
