Toaster Oven

I've never owned a toaster oven but I think I want to get one for our RV because I really don't get good results with my oven and I belong to a camping club with a carry-in once a month. I've run out of ideas for "non-cooked" items or cakes I bake days before. I would appreciate any suggestions. Convection? Size? Brand? Any experience or advice you have would be greatly appreciated.

This is the one we have. We've never used the motorhome oven.
We like this one because it has a 2 hour timer
  • We have a Brevelle Convection. Bakes extremely well and we have also done Roast Beef, Pizza, Fish, French Fries as well as bagels, toast, crumpets etc. A little pricey but it really works well.
  • They are a good solution, we have carried and used one for a number of years, and know many others that do also. Look for a good, well built one, preferably with convection. look at the description, you want to see more on "oven" than "toaster". Better insulation is better.
