tough chicken breasts
All the chicken breasts we buy or we can find are tough and even hard after cooking, sometimes. Wife is fixing some now sliced and in bbq sauce. Don't have great hopes for it. How do you fix Chicke...

Kids are raising fancy show chickens. After they move out next year I may raise a few myself for eating and the eggs. We've been getting a lot of fresh eggs.
I bet I won't get wife's help dressing them. I'm not real up for it now. Not sure If I remember how exactly.
I'd ask my 91 y/o mother to describe the process but uhm she prolly doesn't recall how to do it anymore either. Despite going into the family annals for killing ALL her grandmother's chickens one fine day to "help" her. She was about 7 years old at the time and still recalls her grandmother getting down on her knees and praying to G-d in between wallops.......
Oh and mind you her grandmother had an icebox not a refrigerator.
The story goes that family members for miles around had chicken dinners that week, LOL.
