Try a new T-Day dessert this year
Caramel cream cake A lot of the group this year have expressed a displeasure with pumpkin so branching out in addition to my normal pies.

Without making it yet, I've already got a couple of tweaks I plan on doing to the recipe. Since coconut, pecans and caramel seems to be the theme, I'm going to make German chocolate cake frosting for the layer filling. For frosting, I'm going to use a whip cream frosting.
