Ultra-easy summer pie

No baking or heating -- a good hot-weather dessert.

1 Graham pie crust (these are not frozen -- look in baking section of supermarket -- do NOT bake or heat the crust)

1 can crushed pineapple, throughly drained

1 8-oz cool whip, thawed

Mix pineapple and cool whip. Fill pie crust with mixture. Chill and serve.

Note that you do not bake a Graham pie crust. We have not yet experimented with other fillings such as blueberry, strawberry, you name it. After slicing you may see that some liquid has sunk to the bottom, but just pour it off before serving.
