I use just about the same ingredients, adding an egg and bread crumbs, and form it into a ball. Then quarter a small head of cabbage and place it in a small Dutch oven. I put the meat mixture on top of the cabbage and bake it, with the lid on (inside or over coals). Then I have it over rice and try not to eat myself into a coma!
