Thanks for all of the tips. I put the 9lb breast on the smoker at 6am this morning and when I checked back on it at 10am the smoker temp was 220 and the breast temp was 160, almost done! It was 24 degrees when I started this morning but there was no wind at all. Can't wait for it to hit 165 degrees, then I am going to pull it off the smoker, wrap it up and let it sit for a while.
