Vastrami.
Opened my last package of venison pastrami a few weeks ago. So it was time to make some more. 18lbs brined, rubbed, smoked, and vac sealed. Oh soooo good.

It's a Cabela's sealer. Had it for 3 yrs and have used it a lot.
Not sure who makes it for them.
