Thanks! Gonna give this a try. And yes homemade pie crust is great. We've always made our own using:
6 cups flour
2 cups shortening,(No butter in our house, for allergic reasons, we use a not hydrogenated shortening from Whole Foods now and works great)
1 tablespoon salt
1-1/4 cup ice water
1/4 cup oil( my bride believes this is what makes this great)
