This is one I have copied to make. It may not work for you though because it's for a pan. I bought a pan last summer and still haven't used it, but I have gathered up a recipe. They say this will make 20.
3 1/2 cups cake flour (I intend on using unbleached white or White Lilly)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (nutmeg for me)
1 1/4 cups buttermilk, at room temperature
3 large eggs, at room temperature
1 tablespoon honey
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, melted
