What are they called ? those small chickens from years ago

I'm definitely in the Cornish Game Hen group. However, they used to be a lot smaller than they are today. Now the standard size is something like 21 or 24 ounces, which would be a lot for one person. The same thing has happened to "young fryers". It used to be possible to buy a 2 or 2 1/2 pound broiler/fryer almost everywhere. Now the ones labeled fryer are well over three or four pounds. Apparently the delis get all the little ones for sale by the piece.
