What does these measurements mean?
Have a recipe that calls for 2 col avocados 2 - g chopped cilantro, 1 - g diced tomatoes, 1 - 2 g lime juice. What does the col and/or g stand for?

Most of the rest of the world measures by mass not volume as the USA does.
Still that could make one scratch their head over the lime juice unless the recipe's writer having already weighed out the other ingredients opted to do the same with the juice. That would be similar to the way some grandmothers (at least one of mine:D)measured everything using a non standardized teacup belonging to her household. If your teacup was bigger or smaller at least you had some idea of the ratio, LOL.
