What does these measurements mean?

I never use cilantro. That's a modern addition that masks the taste of the avocado.

Looks pretty good to me - my kind of guacamole! Lots of avocado and little anything else - although 1 gram of diced tomatoes do sound a bit anemic there. ( There are 454 grams in a pound ). I assume the col is a misprint - perhaps they meant 2 cored and peeled avocados.,,,

I prefer about....1/2 a medium tomato and say a 1/4 of a medium onion yet imagine there are so many recipes to accommodate everyone's tastes.

This is my guac recipe. I picked it up years ago when I was living in the Caribbean.

4 large avocados
Juice of one LEMON
8 or more dashes hot pepper sauce such as Tabasco
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 medium tomato seeded, diced

It is a little different in that you use lemon juice versus lime, but it really works.

40 years in the produce biss. Col might be an abbreviation for Colavo which is one of the biggest packers of avocados

I was also thinking Colombian avocados, which is common vernacular in central America, that we know as a Hass avocado in the states.

Still unsure about the "g" measurement.

Wondering when the OP will come back and clarify.
