x2 on Spam sandwiches, but we make them as jaffles (using pie irons). I use Spam Lite, cheese, a little thinly slice onion & tomato.
We also love kebabs. I prepare the meat at home, usually long strips of chicken, soaked in my own tandoori, teriyaki or other sauce/marinade. Meat is then place in vacuum sealed (or freezer bags) and frozen at home or in RV until needed. I do veggies on separate kebab sticks.
