Oh.. ok.. I wasn't being grumpy.. I just thought you'd LOVE finding the Mother Lode of goodies in the other thread.
This has been my most FUN recipe as far as the unexpected wow-factor goes.
The possibilities are endless~ I use a soup mug for hubby, and double the ingredients. He calls it a 6 -4- 1.5 min cake. He loves them!
3-2-1-Cake
If you make it in vanilla cake mixed with angel food you can serve it with caramel, whipped cream and nuts. Or... canned pie filling. I put a couple drops of Mexican vanilla into the cake mix prior to nuking.
