Boring!?!? We make foil dinner every single time we go camping. :B We use turkey kielbasa in ours, plus taters, onions, bell peppers and shrooms.
We do sandwiches the first night too -- usually some kind of ciabatta bread creation with homemade pasta salad. It's easier to set up if you're not hungry (and cranky). :)

Ok.. you've spiked my interest! I'm going to web search "foil dinners" and give these a try! I LOVE new meals... especially easy ones! Thanks for the nudge!
