Our favorite foil pack is stew meat that has marinated in teriyaki sauce, baking soda, salt and garlic powder. Next would be smoked sausage.
As far the other ingredients we always add potatoes on top of the meat, then onion and mushrooms followed by what we find fresh at the store. The most common is squash and zucchini, but if it's out season carrots. We add some liquid, not much though, wine, beer, broth or the like. probably about 1 tbsp, depending on the vegetables. I then do them on the Weber for about 20 minutes at medium heat. You can check for doneness with a tooth pick.
