Thanks just trying to get ideas on what are good things to make.

In the camper I usually make stews, chili, chii verde etc at home, then freeze and throw in the crock pot at camp.
I alos do small two person casseroles and freeze to do in the oven.

On the grill, carne asada, steaks, salmon, greek lamb chops, kabobs, almost anything and everything.

The main thing I do is a lot of pre-prep, it saves time and mess on the road.
