What's on your menu this Memorial day weekend?

Smoked roast beef, smoked whole onions, smoked red potatoes, and smoked corn on the cob. It was lovely.

Tomorrow will be Hollenbeck burritos (large flour tortilla filled with taco meat, refried beans and spanish rice, smothered with green chilis, topped with chili con queso, tomatoes, and chives. Brings back happy memories of our favorite restaurant in Northern Virginia: Anita's New Mexico Style.
