Well, we stayed home this holiday and so did the daughters' family (five in all), and a couple of friends. SIL wanted to have a fish fry. We are having:

Southern Fried catfish fillets
hushpuppies
French fries
Some chicken strips for the kids
coleslaw
Broccoli slaw (for the DW)
baked beans
onion and pickles
and whatever dessert the Daughter brings
plenty of tea and lemonade
